Are the top and bottom sections separated in the 42 inch model? Will the packages be delivered from the top and dropped in the lower section or do we need to leave the lower section unlocked for receiving packages and rely on the person delivering to lock it?

Except for the 44in model, all others go directly to the bottom of the box after delivery (when there are no other packages blocking it). 44in can reach the bottom of the box directly by removing the middle partition (when there are no other packages blocking it).

how do i install on wall?

Just use an impact drill to drill into the wall, drill 4 M8 holes according to the reserved hole spacing of the box, and then install it.
