What's the weight limit?

There is no specific data, the weight of normal wooden piles can bear

Sure can. I drilled two extra myself. As far as I was concerned the two that it came with weren't enough.

Does this have a centeroval shaped hole? I want to replace existing post base which has a center anchored bolt in the concrete.

It has two holes for anchor bolts, not centeral.
