I don't know the answer to your question. But, I can tell you I have had nothing but problems with this wench. Connections were loose right out of the box, 2 months later the motor will not engage. I don't recommend this wench.

Probably not. The winch is too tall for that and the range for turning the clutch is 180 degrees. Guess it depends on the bumper type and mounting location.

If I understand what you're saying, the answer would be yes you just have to respool the drum. The different direction. Then technically in would be out and out would be in unless you change the wiring on the motor side.
