I personally would not buy another of these gate openers. I bought it because it was inexpensive but I would pay more for a quicker, less noisy motor. This one does work fine, though. We probably got used to having a larger, faster and less noisy gate opener.

To our knowledge it is not. But it has its own remotes and you can purchase additional ones. It’s a descent product. We installed one for my 93 yr old disabled uncle.
