Is this pump intended to 'HOLD' pressure? - I have one of these and when I lower the bed of my trailer and attempt to use a little down pressure to hold the bed down as soon as I let off the down button the pump reverses/relaxes and allows the cylinder to let the bed float?? - NO down holding pressure??
