I believe it would. It’s very thick rubber. We have a garbage truck drive over ours once a month and there have been no issues.

I've had loaded concrete trucks drive over mine with nothing going bad.

I believe so. I know they would for a while, but I don't have the experience to know how long they would last. These things are like smaller "speed bumps". Pretty tough but I am only protecting from a small car so I don't know. Pretty inexpensive, so probably worth the try.

Will you have a hose or wire running through. Not sure what the weight limit is on these, a garbage truck might be too heavy.

Read the specs, see if they mention a load rating. I use two of these to span my garage opening so I can run a garden hose across the opening without damaging the hose. Works great for that but that's only a small SUV crossing over; a garbage truck might be too heavy. Also probably depends on what you're covering over - garden hose, electrical power cord, whatever.
