Can the PTFE/Bowden tubes feed into the enclosure from the outside from the top?

These are the two holes of the product: one is the opening of the ventilation system, with a diameter of 70mm, with a fan and air duct, and the other is the outlet hole with a diameter of 40mm.

How do you change the readout from Celsius to Fahrenheit? It has a hole in the back with C/F printed on the side though no button, switch, or photoreceptor appears to be inside the hole to facilitate the toggling of the readout.
