Just get the edge and pull it off.

I didn't have any trouble with mine. But after years of metal work, when we had to remove tough to remove metal protective sheets, mineral oil works really well. You may have to poke a few openings in the film, the mineral oil will find its way under it. And will remove easily

You should be able to pull at one of the corners to start, then slowly continue to pull the film up using both hands to remove it from the doors. Pulling slowly is the key to getting it to come off without breaking up

Mine peeled off if not try heat gun or blow dryer to help loosen the glue

Just pull 180 degrees
