I have a 24Volt sliding gate motor. Residential. I.ve been using two 12V 8amp batteries and the systems is not charging enough, I keep getting a low battery alert. I've been told to get 35amp batteries to solve the problem. I have a 40 watt solar panel for charging. My question is can I just use 1 24volt instead of two 12 volt. The new battery can be in a waterproof box adjacent to the gate opener
