How to install alarm system

Just connect the red wire to the positive terminal of the 12-volt power supply, the black wire to the negative terminal of the power supply, and the two green wires to the speaker.

Is this able to be used with a cb radio? Most come with a PA system port in the back of the cb radio to plug a pa system in.
