it is upsetting that you will not sell replacement temperature probes. All equipment fails eventually or is broken accidentally, you should be able to help your customers. It is not acceptable to say no to a customer.

I’m looking for a replacement thermocouple probe. Do you have one for sale? My existing one doesn’t work, the LCD screen can not display a temperature reading. Let me know if you can order accessories for this product. Thanks!
