How do you clean the pressure plate? And do you have to put the sealing ring on before using stuffer?

The pressure plate is connected by screws and you need to remove it before you clean it. You must put the sealing ring on before using it.

Is there a parts diagram, parts, and support available for this stuffer. Searches do not find any parts available for this item? Also is there a warranty. Most reputable manufactures offer a 2 year warranty. I promise I can wear this out in 2 years. Which is why I will need parts available prior to purchase.
