The included sheave will allow you to double the included line back to the motor frame. This will effectively double the lifting capacity of the hoist. If you are worried about the line parting, you could replace it with a slightly thicker wire cable. The best way to prevent wire failure is to monitor its condition and replace when significant wear is visible. see less
