What is the circumference of the top and bottom rails?
My backdrop is 7x5 for my job christmas party will it fit this stand
Yes it will! You can make the frame smaller or bigger, height and width. I added a lengthy curtain to make it fuller in the background, which I slid right into the top pole. Also bought these clips to hold the actual banner up over the curtain. I really like this stand, the legs get covered up, so they're not in the photos.

For the vendor: I have plans to buy this banner stand by the end of the week for our church events, but our use will all be outdoors. I'm concerned if strong winds come along, since we have frequent thunderstorms in north Florida, that the stand will tip over. What would you suggest to prevent that from happening? Sand bags, water bags, ?.Can you drill holes in the bases to put long spikes into the ground?
