I'm a pipefitter and I take these out to job sites regularly. The folding design is a game changer — they collapse flat and I can toss two of them in the back of my truck without eating up space. Set-up takes maybe 10 seconds. I've used them on concrete, dirt, even slightly uneven ground and they stay stable. The 2500 lb capacity means I don't have to worry about what I'm putting on them. These have replaced my old fixed-height stands completely.

Update after 6 months of daily use in a commercial plumbing shop. These stands take a beating — dropped, kicked, loaded and unloaded multiple times a day. The powder coat has a few scratches but no rust. The adjustment mechanism still works smoothly. The V-heads show no deformation even after supporting heavy schedule 80 pipe.
