Unit worked well and using one time is cheaper than calling someone to clear a line. We have rentals so this worked well for clearing the main drain line for clogs and just general maintenance. We have not encountered a root intrusion issue so cannot comment about that but for everyday general use (for main lines), this works great. Unit came almost fully assembled, just a few little parts to put on. Its easy to use even though manual fed. Enough power for our needs on residential homes. Foot pedal could be better but it gets the job done. Materials and build quality seem good and no issues found yet. Noise level is good and no complaints. Unit is heavy, I can pick it up myself but is not fun to do so I put it on a dolly to make moving it easier. For the price and its performance, this is a winner for me.
