Longhorn Is this a griddle, or is it body armor?

So when I first looked at this, I asked the AI how thick it was, and the AI guessed 16ga, citing the cheap brand. My math it came up thicker... I guessed 4mm, I got mine and it measures 4.02mm. The edge to edge size of the cooking area is 19.5x10.5. 24" from handle to handle. It has a surface texture like cast iron, but it has press markings, so you know it can't be cast iron, as cast can't be pressed. So, yeah, this will last forever. Great for searing and smash burgers, wearing as body armor in the aftertimes... versatile! Great value compared to units many times more expensive.
