A: IP44 rated, meaning it is water splashes-resistant and can be cleaned securily. It should not be used in fully open outdoor areas. If installed in a semi-open space, we recommend adding a protective barrier to avoid rainwater from entering.
Q: Is the fan loud during operation?
A: The unit produces a certain level of noise during operation, which is typical for this type of product. For a more comfortable experience, we recommend using it in open or spacious areas.
Q: What type of wall can the fan be mounted on?
A: The fan must be installed on a solid concrete wall. It is not suitable for mounting on wooden patios or drywall.

Is this fan water proof, suitable for under my pergola?
This fan motor is waterproof. While it has some water resistance (such as splash resistance), it doesn't mean it can be completely exposed to rain or humid environments. If the fan is left outdoors for extended periods, exposed to sun and rain, the motor bearings, grille, screws, and other metal parts may rust or seize. In severe cases, water may get inside and cause the fan to overheat. If the plug isn't properly waterproofed, it could lead to a short circuit. We recommend using this product in

Is there an extension for the power cable? Maybe a remote? My installation is a little unique. I can improvise but prefer a company approved solution.

How does it connect to water source?
Match the included water pipe to both household faucet and the fan’s spray nozzle, fasten the connection tightly then open the faucet to supply water.
