VEVOR Drain Cleaner Machine 100 FT x 1/2 Inch, Auto Feed Sewer Snake Drain Auger on Wheels, Portable Drain Cleaning Machine with 8 Cutters & Air-Activated Foot Switch for 2" to 6" Pipes

First and foremost this machine does the job it's supposed to do and does it effortlessly My son has had continuous drain problems at his home, and has called a plumber out twice. We took this VEVOR Drain cleaner to his home and got to work. Within just a few minutes, the clog was powered through and he hasn't had any more problems. There were roots in his drain, and this cleaner muscled right through them. It was simple to use, it has an automatic feeding system that let's you move the cable in and out of the drain to help break up the clog. There is an air activated foot switch that let's you move the cable forward or reverse it easily. With 100ft of 1/2in solid steel cable, you can get to the problem! There are 8 different interchangeable cutters, so you are sure to have the type you need to break up even the most stubborn clogs. You can use this in sinks, tubs, drains, toilets and pipes. My daughter has super long hair, past her waist, and my bathtub gets clogged a lot. With this cleaner, it's not a worry, it breezes through even tough clogs. It was kind of a beast to put together, but once it was set up, it is easy to move and store. It's pricey, but not as expensive as calling a plumber for every clog! I would certainly recommend this.

Vevor delivers once more with a professional-grade tool. With El Niño coming, you don't want to be having to call last minute to the rooter guy to help you unflood your backyard. This will allow you to do your own maintenance. Make sure to buy gloves for it though; never raw dog this. It is heavy and super long. It was slightly hard to assemble and it took me a good while to get it all in shape. The instructions could be better. It comes with a lot of attachments that you expect in a professional-grade drain cleaner. But be careful what you use because they can also wreck your pipes. And if you get it in the wrong direction and end up in the toilet bowl, it can tear it to smithereens. Not a toy, but not SO difficult to use. A great item to have if you own a home.

This is one of those tools you don't think you need until you REALLY need it. The 100-foot cable gives you a lot of reach, and the auto-feed makes the whole process much easier than manually pushing and pulling a drain snake the entire time. The machine is definitely more substantial than a little handheld drain auger, so you'll want somewhere to store it, but that's also what makes it useful for bigger jobs. Having 100 feet of cable means you're not limited to whatever section of pipe you can reach with a small household snake. I also like that this is something you can keep around for future plumbing issues instead of having to immediately call someone every time you have a stubborn clog. There is definitely a little learning curve if you've never used a drain cleaning machine before, and I would recommend reading the instructions and getting comfortable with the controls before tackling a major blockage. Not exactly an exciting purchase, but a very practical one to have available.
