The box came badly damaged, it looked as if someone in the shipping process had taped the box back together in several corners, luckily no parts were lost so no need to get ahold of the manufacturer. Easy to assemble and very heavy for its size . Works Like it is supposed to .

Awesome unit for the price. Other brands change the paint job or in one case just slap a sticker on this and double the price. Lots of bells and whistles but even if your not looking for those, a solid machine that will mortise accurately and repeatedly. Best deal on Earth right now unless your at an estate sale.
