A MUST HAVE for any Chevy Silverado owner

We bought our pickup truck several years ago and have been kicking ourselves ever since for not having running boards installed before we drove off the dealership lot. We figured it wouldn't be an issue getting in and out of the truck even though I'm only 5'4\" and have to really hoist myself up there to get in! LOL I also take my parents out to run errands in our truck on occasion and it is VERY difficult for them to get in and out of. My mom even has to bring a step stool. Needless to say, the running boards are a godsend! I can't personally comment on the installation as we had a friend put them on for us. We aren't mechanically inclined when it comes to vehicles and he is a mechanic so it was an easy job for him! He said the installation was a cinch! Once installed, the running boards feel sturdy and secure. My husband and I could safely stand on one board and didn't feel any kind of give, shakiness, etc. The anti-slip texture on the running boards works well. I was able to get in and out of our truck wearing my old beat up sneakers that barely have any tread left on them, LOL. I didn't slip and slide on the board so that says a lot! Having the running boards making truck washing a lot easier, too!!!! I really wish that we would have gotten these years ago but am still quite happy that we have them now. :) Highly recommend!

Because Very Well Done Good Looking

because THESE boards look really great... they add to my truck look instead of degrading it... although 500 pound limit... that may be across the length and not in one exact spot, so if you are using this step board to unload stuff from an over-cab roof rack... think about how much you weight and how much the stuff unloading weights... combined... otherwise, if you are not using THESE boards for work and just want to get in and out of your truck for casual occasions... they will last forever looking great...
