Great overall value & Very sturdy . Nice finish. Does not come with the hitch pin to vehicle ( I Use a hardened 5/8" SS bolt & a SS nylock nut because ppl. are not always honest so I make it harder to steal again) , the safety pin is included and secured to the unit.

I use this to move farm implement machinery around my farm. Works slick to slap into into the trucks receiver and quickly move equipment here and there. Yes, I use a high lift, best mind your limbs carefully, jack to complete the hookups. This saves time though on the farm where space is limited. This is simple to use and makes hooking up a quick action. The pintle hook is heavy so it feels well built and it hasn't bent nor cracked with heavy tongue machinery like a conditioner or haybine engaged into it. I may have to invest in some lunette rings as I am starting to prefer these over the old standard way of dad's which is the big old floppy bolt with slopped out eyelets on everything. In fact, as a kid tending the fields I remember breaking several hyd hoses due to bolt failure or bolts that popped out the hitch. Fun times getting chewed out on inferior mounting hardware. Got to be a pro at clutch and stopping on a dime when you felt that bolt let loose, but there is only a limited length of hyd hose.

This trailer hitch is HEAVY DUTY! This sucker is about 25 LBS! I think my Hitch bracket or truck frame will break before this thing will! This should handle any abuse you throw its way! Very well made - SOLID! Very nice dark black powder coating. Looks great, works great. Recommended.

I got the 2\" receiver with a 2\" ball and a Pintle style cap - so not quite a true pintle hitch but its exactly what was shown and what I was expecting. I don't tow heavy loads with my SUV but its nice to be able to move an empty trailer - this allows moving most of the trailers I encounter - 2\" coupler or lunette ring - with the same draw bar even with a standard 2\" receiver on the Sequoia. This one isn't height adjustable - but I'm not setting up to tow long distances with this - Seems well built - easy to use and locks well - This doesn't include the receiver pin - but does include a safety pin and retainer for the latch on the hitch. Does what I need it to.

I needed a pintle hitch to tow a piece of rental equipment, and this did the trick. It works fine, seems basically the same as every other hitch I've used, and is reasonably priced. So far so good, and I'm pleased to have it in the back of the truck for the odd occasion.

There is no doubt that this is solid steel and not some cheap pot metal. It is quite heavy. The baked on powder coat finish will keep this looking good after years of use. I towed one of my cargo trailers around with the 2-5/16 ball. I'll test this out with my construction trailer soon. The pintel latch is tough and I have full faith in towing my skid steer on the trailer with this hitch!
