To be honest, when I seen this product. I was very skeptical to buy it because of some of the negative reviews. I did research and I purchased them anyway. The package did show up damaged. The damaged was caused by UPS had nothing to do with the company. I called the company And the service I received was top-notch. Everything I read about this company from my experience was far from the truth. I would order from this company any time and I would recommend anybody else to do the same. The product is absolutely beautiful. We could not be happier with the stands and the ropes. Thank you for putting out a great product.

This is a really nice pole, but I really was annoyed that when I took off the label for the company sticker that it always left a residue that was almost impossible to clean up via conventional methods. Small detail but it seemed unnecessary.

These stanchions are very nice looking and I got them within 24 hrs surprisingly. However mine came with some dents, one of the velvet ropes is broke and there is dirt or sand spilling from one of the ropes I’m not sure why sand/dirt is even in the rope. Some of the gold has faded away. These set seems like it may have been sitting in the warehouse for a while which explains why I I received it the next day.
