This was my " second order"! You don't sale extra parts when needed for the first one I bought. It's a good unit for the price.
My only issue was when I order this 2nd order, I was not able to track, so I finally chatted with your chat line. Three different times, finally after the last chat, your warehouse finally after 39 days of waiting they ordered another replacement!! I finally got it! Thanks!!

Installs fairly easy, just get togglers instead of the anchors that come with it. Door hung easily and after adding some handles and a roller guide, it's a winner.

Worked great! I wasn’t crazy about the piece together header so I used a piece of strap steel but that was just personal preference.

Real solid! Actually better than what iI expected. All the way around, happy with this purchase. If I ever need another barn door hardware kit I know where and what to look for. The most pain in the ass part was coming up with enough characters for them to accept this review.
