Handrail arrived with a scratch that was concealed in the packaging. The company wanted to pay me $10 as compensation rather than replace the damaged part or the full assembly. I did not accept the offer. I want a handrail that is not damaged. This railing is at our front door. I don't believe this problem will be satisfied to my satisfaction. I can't afford to continue buying from a vendor that can't solve a simple problem like this.

This was fairly easy to install and the concrete anchors are just fine. Installed this for my dad and mother and they both love it. I like that it automatically adjusts for the correct angles. My only head ache was the last hold I drilled was off by 1/4". Measure, measure, measure. As you're drilling, measure that you have the holes still marked in the right place. I'll buy another one I'm sure.

Very steady for indoor and out use. No need for a Welder to manufacture which is much more expensive.. If you have a good hammer drill and drill bit you can install yourself. If drilling into 3000 psi concrete floor with rebar; I advise to use a SDS hammer drill with a bit that will drill into metal rebar in the concrete to ease the job.

I was very impressed when I received the hand railings I ordered. They were well made and heavy just like I wanted.

Very well made railing. Heavy duty and sturdy. Came with everything needed to install. Used my wrenches not the cheapo one included. Good thing I have some metric ones.

Easy to install. Sturdy. High quality. These rails are heavy quality and sturdy. They worked perfect for what I needed. I liked its flexibility in fitting to the steps. Don’t lose parts, they don’t supply extra. The instructions were easy to follow.

The one complaint I have on this product, it would have been nice if the instructions would have indicated what size drill bit should be used when put the railing into concrete. When I called for help there was none. Very poor information.

We purchased one of these handrails, …we are so very happy with our purchase…well constructed, quality material, powder coated to keep from rusting outdoors, and very beautiful…we ended up ordering another for the other side of the staircase near the pool upper deck…Thank you Vevor !

Loved the quality. The kit just wouldn’t filt my steps because bottom rail doesn’t clear my oversized sidekick. I want to order new model after I get return / refund instructions.

I can go up or down my stairs without falling. It did my son longer to put it inPlace but having fallen twice from the top step onto the concrete patio it wasWell worth the two hours it took him to put it in security
