I work from home on my laptop and this machine has helped the circulation in my legs considerably. I get up about every hour and just go on it for about 5 minutes and... what a difference! Love this machine!

Ok it arrived today. The manual could be written better. Have no idea what P1,to P5 is maybe up to 5 people can be added? That is not expanded. Does play music. I did the stand or whole body position and it's not my mom's old stand with a belt vibration machine. Can't wait to try it more.Update I slept like a baby first time in weeks that I wasn't up 4 or5 times during the night to apply pain cream to my legs and feet. slept from 9:30pm to 8am best sleep ever. Hoping for that experience every time I use it.
