Easy to install.

The unit is well-built: strong and looks cool. But, there are issues: 1. Be patient while assembling- consider sequencing and how you want your parts oriented. 2. Rivet the end caps on from underneath if you want to keep them. 3. Drill weep holes in the plates underneath the uprights so they don’t fill with water. 4. Purchase stainless steel bolts for the clamps- all the other fasteners are SS and I don’t know why they cheaped-out here. Lastly, think about how easy it would be for a thief to remove them from your vehicle and have a plan. All-said, I am happy with my purchase!

The rack was packed well and had all parts sort of. One section of tubing was mis-manufactured. It is one of the lower sections of the upright. The one with two nuts welded on it. The nuts were welded on the wrong holes. I was able to assemble and instal, but on others trucks it could cause the length not be adjusted correctly. This is just a case of sloppy manufacturing and poor QC. Don’t get me wrong the unit is functional and strong. Just not as advertised due to the defect of on section. I didn’t try to get a replacement price or unit as I am under a time restraint to put the unit in service, and it was usable as is just not as pictured.

Bought it in September 2023. Just (12/2023) noticed that support columns split. Was caring at most a 22ft ladder and half a dozen of 5 x 12 PVC boards.

Universal hook up makes install easy. Very solid. Does the job! Adjustable load brackets are easy to work with and come in handy. I've loaded 200 lbs and rack handled it easy. It's rated to 800 lbs which is more than I'll ever need.

I can't complain, It's exactly what I was looking for and at a price I can afford. I looked at a lot of racks for my truck but the main feature I needed was it needed to be aluminum due to the salty environment in Florida. There were not a lot of options to choose from that were made out of aluminum for a reasonable price. Luckily Vevor had what I was looking for within a price I could afford.

We love it...our son had to make some adjustments for us to get it on tight but being able to adjust height was wonderful on our Avalanche truck. We needed a way to transport our kayaks when pulling a rv and this is easy for us to load and they traveled well.

Everything as advertised..went together easy one man job (but two would be handy) very sturdy no problems at all

The rack is right for my chevy S10 pickup truck. I had to make a few alterations to install it; such as cut a notch to the front uprights in order to attach them to the truck bed top rail. Also, I had to cut away a 1/2" of the inside rear uprights so I could attach them to the rear truck bed top rail. I could not use the "J" hooks to bolt it in place; I had to drill and bolt the front and rear uprights to complete the installation. I'm happy with the outcome but it may not be as easy for an inexperienced fabricator. If you want pictures of my alterations let me know and I'll send them.
