Nice Tongue Jack for my RV. It installed in Minutes and I tested it. It cranks easily and will get the job done.Since I live in the Pacific Northwest near the Ocean,it rains alot.The Electric Jack went haywire after 2 Yrs.It looked like it was a sealed unit,but when it quit.I took it appart and found it had at least a cup of water that came out of it.Hence,the Switch was Shorted out.I was very disappointed since it was a top of the Line Lippert Jack.Problem Cured with this New Hand crank jack.And I will get a little exercise too-boot.Thanks Vevor.

Needs more than normal turning to lift trailer but it is smooth

This replaces a 2000 lb piece of garbage that came with our trailer. The lift position and the internal adjustable height post is a great benefit. Not certain I'll use it like that versus a wheel attachment, but it works very well. The crank is smooth and lifts with zero difficulty.
