If you are still printing labels on 8½x11 paper then cutting them and inserting into a plastic sleeve or worse, taping them to the box, you are wasting time and money. This little printer is a great time saver and if you do the math on what it costs for pouches or tape, it will cost you less to print labels. It literally prints a label in under 2 seconds that is ready to stick to the box. For anyone selling online, this is a worthwhile investment. The printer comes with power supply, USB cable, driver software and a sample pack of labels. It sets up in a few minutes and it easy to use. Print quality is excellent. You will have to alter your settings in eBay, Paypal or Amazon to format the output for a 4x5 label but once you do that it is just click and stick. If you are doing any kind of volume at all, you need one of these printers!

I ordered this for my girlfriend, who has recently started making her ornaments and is selling them. She makes them out of wine bottles and occasionally has to ship them. This printer is exactly what she needed. It's perfect for shipping labels.The quality is also superior, and it's built well. It was easy to set up, and you are ready to start printing out of the box. She connected it to her laptop via USB, and it immediately recognized it. Once you finish the setup, you're ready to start printing. We are pleased with it and recommend it.

I have purchased these little thermal printers in the past that have left me completely frustrated, NOT this one! This one is easy to set up and prints clearly and quickly. I could ask for much more than that. Makes my life so much easier when printing shipping labels for work. Definitely recommend this one over some of the others available out there.

this printer works really good even with windows 11 unlike the one we purchased before this. I highly recommend this printer the wife's very happy plus it's easy to setup.

I got this to label different packages and organize some hair products ! Works great and it was really easy to use after setting it up .

This printer saves time from not having to print the label, cut to size and slip it into a plastic pouch to affix on the package. Now I just print the labels and stick them straight on to the packages. The size is the best thing as it's just slightly larger than an average Bluetooth speaker. I run a small sticker business and I want it to look professional when I'm shipping packages and this definitely helps it's a super easy install you literally go to their website to install the program it takes a few minutes it's a Decent documentation, this thing is awesome, I use Spotify for my shipping labels so I know it will work with them If others say it doesn't work on eBay or PayPal I'm not sure if it will work because I do not sell through them. Haven't run into any jams or issues, I'm not sure about tech support as I didn't have to use it when setting it up it was so easy. If you run a small business or a large business and you need a shipping label printer I really wish I got more orders so I could print out the labels I love this thing.

After a lot of research and looking around, I purchased this printer in December. I want a printer that is bluetooth compatible and includes a label inside the printer so I don't have to have two devices and a bunch of wires on my very small desk. My printer is working fine so far. Setting it up can seem daunting at first, but if you follow the instructions, it's actually pretty simple, clear, and straightforward. Every question I had was answered somewhere in the owner's manual. Bluetooth works better than most, and I would definitely recommend this if you're looking for an affordable label printer. :)

This printer works really great. Easy to use once it is installed. I had to get my IT husband to help because my computer did not recognize the device and was having issues. But after about 30 minutes set up time I haven't had an issue since. Makes printing labels so much faster!

Before purchasing, my expectations were low as this is an unknown brand. I'm not very good with IT, and once the printer arrived, I was ready to fight. To my surprise, it was so easy to set up and print shipping labels of very good quality. I bought this printer to use at home and I have a Zebra label printer at the store. This one works just as well as the Zebra and costs a lot less.
