I have not used the printer yet, but I bought it according to the reviews, and I hope it will be as I expect I have a note I contacted customer service and requested that the printer be with the European plug, and this was confirmed. Unfortunately, they sent the printer with the American plug.

Small label printer but gives high-quality print
This Bluetooth thermal label printer is small but gives a high-quality print. It is stunning, sturdy, lightweight, and user-friendly. It is easy to connect through a phone or laptop. It has a fast-printing speed. This printer does not need to fill ink cartridges and comes with free-label paper, which helps to save more dollars on a single purchase. In addition, it supports all major platforms, like Amazon, USPS, UPS, eBay, and others. I found this printer very helpful because I do not need to go to any store to print return labels anymore. I highly recommend it to all.

Awkward print publishing
It was difficult to configure a program to take advantage of this printer's capabilities. Their only suggestion was to cut and paste and print from a PDF. I finally was able to dig deep into a custom label in MS Publisher to get to my primary goal; printing labels for my seedlings (pictured). I don't know if the thermal labels will survive this Southern sun but they are water resistant in the seed trays.

Print your own mailing labels
If you do a lot of shipping packages or mailing instead of the traditional postage, you can print your own mailing labels with this thermal printer. It’s easy to use just install on your phone and print no more using printer paper. It looks very professional

so far so good
It didn't take very long to set this printer up right out of the box. It lines up perfectly, doesn't jam, and the quality is good. There are guides in the back of the unit to feed whatever size labels you want into the machine. So far, I've tried 5 different sizes and all came out perfect. You have to go into your printer settings and add specific custom sizes to whatever labels you're trying to print on - landscape, portrait, etc. but other than that it was very easy to operate. Tested perfectly and hoping it works for the long haul.

Great label printer at a nice price
I like how simple it was to set this printer up, the quality of the prints, and the overall features. For the price, it works very well, produces quality label prints and works consistently well.

A must have for small businesses
I didn’t realize how beneficial having a thermal printer was, until I received and set up this one! This is a game changer if you do alot of shipping and needing to print labels online. This printer is super simple to set up, comes with all necessary instructions. I had this up and running/printing minutes after opening it’s box, it’s that easy. Sooo happy to not need countless rolls of take anymore! Well worth its cost!

Works OK. Linux support nearly non-existent.
I got this printer working easily on Windows, slightly less easily on MacOS. Linux was... difficult.Print quality is good, and it does well with auto-detecting label sizes and indexing them accordingly. Thermal print head should last a long time, and needs no additional consumables.Nice that it supports a variety of labels from narrow to wide, and essentially unlimited length.Works easily with eBay, UPS and common shipping software to make shipping labels, as well as barcode labels, etc.Getting it working on Linux involved scavenging a bunch of janky binary-blob drivers, some of which aren't available in 64-bit versions, and tinkering with CUPS scripts. Not my idea of a good time.
