I have cut several threads with this kit of various sizes. This has been a great investment.

For the price it is a decent set so don’t expect it to be like name brand set which cost $$$$ more. If you want top name quality for professional use skip this one instead of complaining.I bought this set to make a quick fix since I misplaced my Craftsman set. It did the job just fine; no complaint.Recommended

Time will tell, but it appears to be a nice set for the money. I like Vevors products. Some of their products require a little tweeking to get them to work properly but they do work. This tap and die set seems like it's good to go.

The plastic case inside is very low quality. So far so good on everything else.

Great so far

Pretty good set. I've only used one tap since I got this set, but they seem well manufactured. Fairly strong metal box. The only complaint is that the trays that hold the taps and dies is flimsy plastic and they are hard to get out. One tray sets on top of the other in the box and there is no handle or strap to help lift the trays out. I solved this by using 3/4 inch velcro strap to wrap around each tray. That gives me a handle to pull the trays out, while somewhat supporting the bottom of the tray as it's lifted, and is easy to get off to get to the tools.

Have not found a better set already put together for a price I could not match if purchased separately!
