I don't write reviews that often but this deserved it. I pulled up 15 posts in less than a minute each. Simply placed the foot of this on the back side (the bottom of the T shape), and placed the notch in the red block across the side of the post as low as it could go. Push down on the bar and the red block would engage one if the nobs and pull it up a few inches. Rinse and repeat 3 or so times, resetting it lower each time and the post is up!
