Super easy!
We purchased 2 side-by-side country properties fenced with barbed wire and t-posts. I wanted the fencing between the 2 properties gone so it's all one large space. I have some time off for the holiday so I thought I'd give it a try and if it was too hard, I'd leave it for hubs. Let me tell you, as a 50-year old, out of shape woman, I found this tool to be incredibly easy to use. Cutting the 4 rows of barbed wire between the posts was more complicated than using the t-post puller! There's nothing to assemble and it pulls the posts up with minimal effort. Just one thing...if you're facing the nobby side of the t-post, make sure the base is close to, but not against the t-post or the little nobby parts might get caught on the base.

Why didn't I buy this earlier...
We used to raise laying hens 10 years ago, then my job put me on the road and we had to give away our little flock.

Wife Point of View
We (meaning my husband) occasionally needs to remove stakes from trees planted on our property. Unfortunately, where we live in Texas, the soil is clay and turns to concrete around the stakes. So much pestering (me) and whining (husband) when it is time to pull them! He got this and pulled a dozen stakes in a single morning! Normally I hate having things we rarely use cluttering up our barn space, but this thing is DEFINITELY worth it.

It does exactly what it's supposed to do; perfectly.
I wish all things we buy could work like this; it does the job it's supposed to do, perfectly. My wife and I bought a house with 8 acres. It used to be a farm, with a lot of fencing. We don't want the interior fencing, so this was the solution. Our t-posts have been in the ground for at least 15 years, but none of them were a match for this puller. Get the foot as close to the t-post as possible, let the jaw grab a t-post indent so that the bar is almost horizontal, and lean on it. When it moves, adjust the jaw to the next indent and repeat. None of our posts took more than a minute to get out, even in the hardest soil. It works so well, it's actually fun to use (kind of like the demo portion of construction work). You'll see a lot of results in a very short amount of time.

Solid quality construction!
Worked like a charm. For the price this is unbeatable. I came from a cheap $20 puller, and I was able to get about 4 of my 30 posts out. It stuggled, and then the handle just bent right in half. This one pulled the one I failed on with ease, and I never felt like it was at a giving point. I pulled the remaining 25 out with no issues. My dirt is very high in clay content and when its dry, it still had no issues pulling them out.

Should have bought this many years ago
We live in an area where there is caliche just below the soil surface, if there is any soil present at all. It is difficult to drive a post into or pull it out of caliche. I used a pickax and landscape bar to remove t-posts for years. I was a little concerned about the ability of this puller to remove t-posts driven at odd angles rather than straight up like a fence, but it had a hook for a chain, so I knew I could use that - did not need it.

Why in the world didn't I find this sooner?
I was very skeptical just based on the price. This tool however is a true miracle worker. Pulling 8 foot T-Posts out over and over was a thank-less task on our small farm. This thing changed all that. I literally pulled out ALL my tomato trellises in under 10 minutes with MINIMAL effort. When it arrived it looked a bit 'flimsy' with just a medium bolt on the lever, I thought for sure it would break. Boy was I wrong. This thing is a beast.

Amazing
This is an amazing tool. If you have t-stakes to remove it'll make your life so much easier. We had t-stakes in hard, clay soil that had been in place for years. They can out at easily as the new poles hammered into fresh earth. Previously, I probably would have just cut these poles off rather than fight with them. This tool removed with ease. No other parts or accessories needed

pulls like a pro
I have clay soils- when it's dry it is like cement- This puller pulls the poles out with much less effort than I anticipated. I pulled several bush stumps out using the hook and a short chain. Very happy I got this.
