Springs are a little tricky and we’ve had a couple pop off.

If you are drilling into hardscape, use a rotary hammer and 3/4 in. Masonry bit.
Installation took about 3 hours. More than a one person job. NeedEd two people to manipulate the cover while I drilled and set the retaining pins and springs.
