Our old pump was underpowered, so we bought this one to make sure the water would move well. It wasn’t a brand we had used before, but the specs looked good. I’m glad I bought it. We now have a pool free of algae — we also drained the water and refilled the pool — and this pump deserves a share of the credit for moving the water so quickly and efficiently.

The original pump was weak and loud, this pump is whisper quite and keeps my pool crystal clear. The seller shipped it the same day I ordered it.

Been hooked up for about a week and all seems to be going well. Good suction, powerful return, and not too noisy. The instructions weren’t great and I kind of just winged it. Took a while to figure out how to adjust the return fitting to connect to the filter which was frustrating, but a good pump so far.

Make sure you need fine or coarse thread

After using this pump since July, it is a great pump, and with my skimmer, it does a great job. Runs fairly quiet, well made.
