took pump out of box it was not broken plugged it in and was in business
unpacked pump and it was ready to go wiring ready. Hooked hoses up and plugged it in runs great

Good pump for the money
I bought this pump to supply enough water for 2 12” sheer descents which it does perfectly….however the supplied unions are totally garbage, throw them in the trash and use male adapters available at any hardware store. Otherwise a good pump for the money.

GREAT pump - poor instructions
GREAT price, appears to be very good quality too, but the wiring instructions nearly had me burning up the pump. Note : there are wiring diagrams on the motor AND on the instructions. Mine was the 2 Speed version, and the diagram on the motor IS NOT correct for that. Otherwise - great deal, and so far - so good.
