This product is what was expected from description. Instructions could have been better. Looks nice and seems very sturdy. Railing was installed on cement/ concrete steps. Required a “ hammer drill” to install anchor screws.

Nice, sturdy hand rail. The lower half on mine is mounted in a wood step and the upper portion is in a concrete porch. They give you what you need to do both. Easy to install and very sturdy once mounted. The only complaint so far is that it can be hot in direct sunlight but hey, I wanted black because it looks nice.

Its simple made with no frill, but it looks nice on our front steps. Its very sturdy and easy to hold onto to help us get up the steps. We are in our 60s so this is just what we needed.

Very nice handrail, much sturdier than I expected. It took about 90 minutes to install. If you are using the concrete anchors, don't be afraid to hit them in hard. The first one I hit too much and messed up the threads for the nut. I ended up getting it off and the next seven were easy to get in. Three or four good hits with a heavy hammer got them where they needed to be.

They legit came out looking great! Only downside is the cheap expansion bolts that came with them.

Fast delivery, easy installation, took about 30 minutes from opening package to completion. Very sturdy and muchly appreciated by elderly couple.

This went in in an hour. We bought higher end expanding bolts so they are apt last longer. So far so good.

Easy to assemble. Make sure to use power tool that plugs in socket when drilling hole. Battery charged drill takes longer to drill

When I received the railing the two pieces that cover the base of the railing were bent and looked terrible. I contacted the seller and asked if I should return the product or could they provide a replacement. They contacted me the next day and advised the replacements were on the way. No questions or hassles. Very pleased with the railing and found easy to install. Highly recommend this seller.

While it was a bit challenging to drill into our concrete steps accurately, the end result is quite satisfactory. The handrails are sturdy, have a clean look, and should last quite well. I wish we had these last winter, I took a nasty spill on icy steps. No more!!!
