Makes get into the hot tub possible
Product is very sturdy and looks nice on the wood steps to our hot tub. Enables my wife who is scheduled for a knee replacement to get into the hot tub.

Well made and durable!
This is definitely a nice railing! The posts are pretty heavy and it seems very well made and durable. Very happy with this product! Easy 5 stars!

A bombproof handrail!
This is what our front entryway needed! Easy to fit together, looks really nice. I learned the concrete at the front is very hard, but a good drill bit did the job, and this railing looks great on our front entry.

Great, sturdy, well-made hand rail for steps
I purchased Outdoor Hand Rails for Steps for my 78 year old mother who is having issues making it up steps leading into the house. These steps are great! They are very well made out of wrought iron and she can place all of her weight on them and the rail does not budge. It helps her a great deal because she can grab the rail and hoist herself forward using her arms while her legs catch up and make it up the step. She has fallen various times but with this Outdoor Hand Rails for Steps I have no reason to worry. I'm glad I found this because I was worried that she would have to resort to using a walker to help her get in and out of the house. I definitely recommend this hand rail if you need help making it up steps.

Good simple handrail
Looks like somebody had their thinking cap on when they were packaging contents here! There's a wood and masonry drill bit, a nut driver for the wood screws, or masonry anchors if you go that route, a pencil and extension. Simple design easy to put together and appears to be powder coated. I believe it's an American company or they portray themselves as a husband and wife. That's part of the appeal for me that it's in my American made although I wonder if some of the parts are farmed out. Clear concise instructions for those who might need it just packaged well and looks very professional I'm happy with the product and the cost I consider to be very affordable! I'd buy again if I needed another set

Well made, excellent installation kit
Purchased and installed the 2 step rail on concrete steps. The railing itself is very well made and sturdy. The instructions and included tools are probably the best I have come across in a DIY product. The concrete anchors keep the railing very secure. Did not use the included drill bit as I decided to use a hammer drill that takes SDS drill bits. Will be buying another one of these railings for a family members home.

Better than expected
We bought this due to its small size, as we only have one step down on a side deck. It came very well packaged, and had a box containing all the mounting hardware, plus the drill bits and screws your would need…for both wood mount or masonry mount.

Sturdy and perfect for our porch on RV
Easy clear instructions, used the lag bolt to attach to steps and it is very sturdy and perfect for getting up the stairs safely.

Sturdy, cost effective solution for old outdoor stairs
I needed handrails on 2 outdoor stair cases, old, concrete and slate, with uneven risers. My contractor recommended I try these. The price of four 5-step handrails plus the labor for installation was significantly less than a custom ironworks solution. These are sturdy and check the box for our homeowners insurance. Read other reviews about recommended installation tools. Our contractor spent 3-4 hours setting the first 2 handrails in slate. He used a hammer drill. The next 2 go into concrete so he says that will be easier.

Quality railing for my front entry
Product shipped quickly and all parts were available. Definitely need a masonry impact drill if installing in concrete like I did. I also recommend buying an SDS plus masonry bit. The provided bit was not up to the task of the hardened stone tile and concrete on my front entry. Even so, installation was easy with the right tools. Seems very sturdy and I like the design of this railing.
