I get this as a Christmas present (I selected this one after research). I was using an old #12 grinder/stuffer. Boy did I come up in the world. I stuffed 10 lbs of sack sausage and 5 lbs of kielbasa in no time. The unit functioned perfectly. I was easy to clean. The stuffer is very sturdy. I underestimated the size of the unit so not I have to find a place to store it but the big tub saves repeated refills. It does have a tendance to want to rock back on the upstroke of the handle. I had the plain rubber feet on it. I may try it with the suction feet which were provided next time. I am a lefty and the tub can be reversed since I prefer to crank with the right hand and guide the casing with the left. Definitely happy with this stuffer.

This is a time saver and works well. I would buy again.

As far as cleaning...there is a seal at the bottom of the cylinder that catches bits of meat . This needs to be cleaned out well. Kind of a pain reaching in there and getting it all out but, hey, I like it for the function. The casing tubes are perfect for my brats and Italian I make. Compared to my hand grinder and pushing meat thru that to stuff the sausage this thing is a real treat. Woosh ...out it comes. and It hold plenty more that my 3-4 ft casings will hold. I get perhaps 2 to 3 3 to 4 ft lengths from one fill.

I can stuff 20lbs of ground meat into sausage in minutes. It takes longer to put the casing on the funnel than to stuff it with this tool. The only thing I don't like are the 2 screws on the pressing plate that serve no purpose but have to be removed and cleaned after every use cause meat gets under it. It is very time consuming to clean but it does make the actual stuffing sausage part super easy

Used the stuffer for the first time. Was a breeze in stuffing the beef sticks. Only issue wish that there was a smaller size stuffing tube option that came with the stiffer.

Only issue I had was base plate was bent and damaged during shipping. I got a little credit back due to the damaged base. I made a new base out of maple that I coated in mineral oil.

This thing works absolutely amazing... And it's easy to clean up ... And it is made of quality material....I would put it on the commercial grade list

It works great. It's the size I was interested in. I've used it only once but mixed the mixer up just fine.
