Just installed my roof top rack and noticing a few things 1) There are insufficient instructions for installation. We had to go online and look at YouTube videos of other people and other brands to properly install. 2) The extension racks attach to the brackets on the outside rail only. The cross section pieces in the center to not connect to each other or have caps on them. So there are gaps between the pieces that can cause gear to snag. For the second issue, we will have to add a pool noodle or tape on them but I’m not sure why these pieces would be made so they don’t connect at every point. I didn’t notice this when I purchased it but it does show on the pictures. Just not sure why that would be something the customer needs to address. Seems like a major flaw.

It’s great really nice, don’t like the billboard on the front, my only problem was it didn’t show interior dimensions (36 inches if it’s important to you) wouldn’t fit my 43 inch chairs.

For the price works very well and seems sturdy. Fairly easy to assemble. It's on my subaru crosstrek and easy to reach so I use it frequently. I don't think it would be so convenient on a taller vehicle.

I like racks, and this one is one i also like. Bought this for my sons S10 blazer. Easy to assemble and install, and it looks good. Has spots to add lighting

Came with some scratches but over its heavy duty and worked great. We traveled many many miles and with the wind deflector it doesn't buffer a whole lot.

Decent quality. Easy install other than one damaged bolt. Giant logo is removable with anything acetone based, even just nail polish remover. Bag is waterproof and decently durable.

I wish I had bought the bigger one, but that’s my fault. It’s very easy to install it solid. It looks great. The only complaint I have is the advertisement on the front but I easily spray-painted that black. It was too much. I do recommend the product, and I recommend they takeoff the advertisement except for their name

For the money it's adequate. Seems sturdy enough. The bag seems heavy. I am noticing some rusting where paint didn't cover well. In this price range I expected it.
