Comes in very handy when you drop nails around your house while doing your roof or anything in your yard or your worksite you can just roll it around pick up all the nails and screws or what have you and you’re good to go!

I bought this because I was having my roof replaced. I knew the roofers use a similar tool to go over your yard to get stray nails and screws. However, I was leery of the quality of the job they would do. I have a dog that views everything as food and I didn't want an expensive ER visit and surgery bill if she ate a nail the roofers missed. I had bought a similar tool from a different vendor and returned to Amazon because it wouldn't even pick up a needle off my carpet. I haven't tried it on the yard yet, BUT it did pick up a needle. I do a lot of hand sewing and frequently drop pins and needles that I don't want my dog to find and swallow. Even if it doesn't work on the yard, it is worth it to find those needles that seem to hide on purpose. I was very pleased. it was easy to assemble but the directions didn't tell which way the wheels went on the spoke. It seemed to work both ways. The wheels don't sit snug against the spoke, there is about a 1 1/2\" gap, but it doesn't wobble when I use it and it does pick up needles so for my purposes it is a winner. I didn't rate it under \"Giftable\" because I can't imagine someone buying this just for gift purposes. While I thought it could have been priced a little lower, the price was not a deal breaker. I would order again.

Was having my roof shingles replace so of course the old ones along with all the old nails and staples come down with it. The roofers did put out tarps but that does not get everything. I bought this device knowing this and after adjusting the wheels as far down as they could go (puts max space from the ground to the pick up surface), I ran it over the grass and you can clearly hear the nails hit the aluminum body. Easily picks up road hazards as long as they are ferrous metal of course. The drive way was easily cleared in just minutes and it saved me a trip to the tire center! Easy release of collected items!

All likes and no dislikes. This is incredible.it picks up in rocky gravel, even though you can’t see nails, it pulls through the gravel. The wheels are adjustable for higher elevation like rocks and gravel. Pull up center handle and releases metal and holds up to 50pounds

This magnet picked up nails after the contractor ran his magnet over the gravel driveway!

For a budget floor sweeper, it works very well. I don't think it could hold up to commercial use, but for the home owner it is tough to beat. I am a DYIer and use it to pick up steel bits from my machine shop and garage. Also works well find that stupid part you drop on the floor.

This magnet works really good and it's easy to assemble.
