This product was so easy to install. We love it!

This backsplash is the right quality and it looks superb. The only thing I did not like is how the knife holder is so low a d my stove back burner with a pot on it will be in the way. You ca just not install the knife holder but the screw holes will.show.

It's quite heavy so it's hard to get everything aligned and screwed into drywall anchors without it tugging on the first screw you put in and misaligning it.The hanging hook rail doesn't make a lot of sense: what would you hang there above all the oil mist and splashes from cooking. It doesn't look as professional as I had imagined. Also, the holes cut into the knife shelf are not wide enough to accept the thickness of chef knife blades. All in all I am pleased enough to keep it, but I doubt I would choose the same one if I had it to do over.

My husband was very pleased with how very easy it was to install along with it being a great value for the money .

Heavier than anticipated seems well made

This backsplash is VERY sturdy, yet came to me out of the package with bent corners. And trust me, they are NOT easy to bend back in place as the metal is thick, pro and a con right there! Be VERY CAREFUL installing this AND using it once it’s up, as the metal edges are extremely sharp and I sliced my finger on the edge of the shelf. I will be filing the edges to helpfully prevent that from happening again. Right there the negative. It looks fantastic up, and is extremely heavy and sturdy. Pain the clean because of the shelves and the sharp edges. Lot of pros and cons to this piece.

Came well packaged. It is a bit heavy and I could not install it without a second person holding it. It came with extra screws but they are not for drywall. After peeling of the protective wrap and installing there were a lot of streaks and fingerprints. Cleaned with stainless steel cleaner and all came off easily. Make sure to assemble before putting up as the screws go in from the sides. I bent the hooks so that they would not be able to fall off. Not sure yet if I want to install the small knife rack. Thus, not attached in the picture.

I procrastinated for years about a backsplash because I wanted something that was functional, flexible and reasonably priced! I now have it and very happy with purchase!!! Couple things would have made it an even better purchase experience; first it should come with screws that are large/long enough to anchor into a wall (those provided were too short and gold in color) so had to make a trip to the hardware store for stainless steel screws, and second, it would be nice if there was an option for a trim kit to cover the top and bottom mounting strips as it looks slightly "unfinished" as is IMO. However, we already have a solution and I will post a photo update when its completed.

Heavy sucker! We elected to use toggle screw mounts to attach to wall as no studs that would line up. Wrapped very nicely with plastic to avoid scratches. Tried to cancel order less than 1/2 hr. After ordering but seller denied so be mindful of that. Have concern into seller as the shelf ledge (hard to see on pic) is turned up revealing the burnished backside of the chrome and is not as shiny as the rest of the unit. Will see what their response to this is. Found package to be secure and sandwiched between styrofoam which kitty enjoyed scratching on. Would we recommend… Yes, but it’s a 2 person install. We used the cardboard packing and made a template to show the screw holes and placement on the wall as we had to “jimmy rig” it between 2 existing cupboards and a vented range hood.
