I installed this on an exit gate from the rear deck we built for a bar. Arrived on time, was easy to install and works well. It was very easy to trim the length down to fit the gate. Can not speak to the longevity yet.
Good quality and not too difficult to install. A little modification was needed to cover old hardware notches; push bar & handle work great, and do exactly what they were supposed to do.

The exit device fit perfectly to the door. It does have one minor draw back. The keys are of the dimpled variety and not readily available for duplication in a small market.
