Customer Reviews for VEVOR Pool Cover Reel, Aluminum Solar Cover Reel 20 ft, Above Ground Swimming Pool Cover Reel Set , Fits for 3-20 ft Width Swimming Pools

It fits our pool so great

This item worked great with our swim spa solar cover. Highly recommend

Assembly was interesting but I pieced it together and adjusted it by getting in the pool and mounting it. With it mounted I screwed in all the required screws. It hasn't budged since even without the included loctite. Once I got the straps right on the solar cover, it reels up nice and .... Uneven.... But that doesn't matter to me. I like how the cover gathers squeezes water out and the last foot i am able to skim the debris. Highly recommend for solar cover reel. It definitely gets the job done and with only one person.

Ok this reel made opening our 15’ x 30’ pool a breeze! We highly recommend this product! Easy to use. Remember to roll the cover back out on the grass to wash and use sheets on the inside when you reel it back in to preserve your cover from cracking. Make sure to use the protective cover over the cover and reel while storing. Stores nicely under the deck!!!!

This pool-covering aid was easy to assemble and put into use. It’s lightweight and nimble, but I don’t think it’s going to last more than one season. So, factor in how long you expect to use it when you’re calculating the value for your money. I find it a decent price for my tree-shaded pool, which gets a lot of use.

Assembly is very easy

This was very easy to set up for two people. Works will with my cover and find it is working as described. Totally recommend!!

I just got this so I can't say how long it will last, however, the components look sturdy. Ny nephew put it together in about a half hour. I was really pleased with the general construction. Seems heavy enough to withstand the wind. I received just one box and everything was inside, roller was in a separate box inside the first box. I am 70 year female and can put the cover on and off with ease, move the roller closer to pool and then move it back out of the way.

Functions as expected

It does what it advertises. The instructions for placement of the cover reel relative to the kidney-shaped pool were actually accurate (and therefore helpful). The pre-drilled holes on the pole were not accurate relative to the instrutions however it did not hinder assembly. The aluminum is soft and the thread on the screw holder is already rusting. I don't expect this years on end but for the price, and getting a cover so we could heat pump to extend our pool season, it was worth it.
