The Quality is great, the fixture is not cheap , it’s easy to assemble. It doesn’t take long to heat up. I use it for a cookout it was very efficient, quick and it frys very quickly. It’s easy to clean and if you are wondering if to buy it !! Buy it !! My husband and I are planning on purchasing another soon.

Finally got a chance to use fryer for a family get together. Fryer worked very well and every was asking where I got it from.Fried Fish and Chicken for over 30 people with no problems.

Just your typical 2 burner gas build with simplistic design, I wish there was a cut out for the lid to be closed and the thermometer in place I also wish it came with 2 thermometers but as it stand for under $200 it definitely gets 5 stars.

This has made frying easy and quick. We are able to make large quantities for our big family and friends in a timely manner. Super easy to assemble and clean.

I wanted a propane deeper fryer I can use outside. I looked at the local restaurant supply store and they were close to $1000. Granted, they were commercial models, primarily for food trucks, even so, they seemed over priced. I decided to check Amazon, and found this. The price was great and since it is easy to return if I'm not satisfied, I decided to buy it. I'm happy with it. The good; Very sturdy, dual cooking compartments, easy to assemble, easy to replace oil and easy to clean. Other considerations. The oil compartments are pretty thin metal, so I would assume they might need to be replaced in the future, but so far, they are fine. Also, there is no thermostatic control so you need to use the provided thermometer and adjust the temperature control. Note that the oil gets hot enough on low to make French Fries. I can't imagine what would happen on high. My one caution is to pay close attention to the oil temp.
