How to install mini door knobs none quite like this though important thing to do is read the instructions there's a little arrow on the inside and needs to be pointing the right direction or things won't work out.... ... After I read the instructions went on easy peasy works like a charm everything I wanted and more

I used this for my new shed to get rid of the need to keep track of a key. It’s a solid lock and well made. The installation was okay. Not the best design to make the install easy, but easily doable after some thought. The instructions for programming the lock are poorly written and confusing. Customer support was quick to respond but they didn’t offer any technical help directly, they only would respond by email, which was kind of worthless. I’d buy this again though. At half the price of other similar locks, you can’t go wrong with this. I can’t speak to the longevity since I’ve only used it for a month, but with the solid construction I’m not worried.

At first it was challenging to put it up, but once I read the installation instructions carefully I got it to work! I haven’t had any issues at all with it. It locks and unlocks easily.

looks good packaged well/however rubber gaskets to seal out moisture was not included in shipment /would be nice if a dead bolt cylinder was also included in shipment since i was installing mine in a metal gate as backup to key lock which uses a deadbolt cylinder for extra strength

Though I said too many bad words during the install, I'm ultimately glad I stuck with it (the only reason I did was because I drilled a hole in my door). The installation process is a bit challenging (I'm generally pretty handy), mostly because the instructions are poor. Honestly, I still don't quite know what I was doing wrong then eventually did right. But once all was said and done, the handle feels durable and high-quality, and is a great alternative to a \"smart\" lock at a much cheaper price point. Just be sure that you're okay with ALWAYS having to manually unlock your door before you decide to purchase.
