The Customer Service of the seller is Excellent !! I couldn't quite figure out how to use the  function, so I sent the seller a message asking how to use it. I quickly got a response back with detailed instructions. I also got a follow up email asking if the function was working as expected and if I had any additional questions !! Overall, I am very impressed with both the Customer Service of the seller and of the scale itself.

This is an excellent scale. The response time of all the functions are very quick and the scale itself is easy to keep clean.  I am very happy with the accuracy of the scale. The performance of this scale is equal to those used in commercial clinical laboratories.I am very Happy with this purchase

Just received it and tried with small weights, it worked well. Also it looks great.

Works well , I use it to weigh additives and it’s accurate and easy to clean. Gets the job done.

I am using it for a little careful, nonhazardous lab work while working from home . It came precalibrated,  It was right on. It's easy to use.

This seems to be an excellent kitchen scale for my purposes. Accurate enough to weigh coffee for a shot of espresso, but has enough capacity to not be overwhelmed by baking bread or brewing beer. It's effectively going to take the place of a small scale I liked and a larger scale that I didn't. I knocked a star off my review over fairly minor things... read it as more like 4.5 stars. First, 9 volt batteries: can we please let these things vanish into history next to video tape and incandescent bulbs? I don't know what voltage this thing runs on internally, but I suspect that it regulates the 9v down and this could operate on a couple of rechargeable lithium cells. Second, basically the same complaint about styrofoam packaging. Please switch to something renewable and actually recyclable.

Update 4/10/20 end of school year and these balances are great for the money.These held up fine with 9 and 10th graders using them. I recommend them.---------------------I am using 3 units in a small private school high school chemistry class I teach. .01g/1000gCan't beat the price. Accurate and works fine for high school chem labs.500g calibration mass was included which is nice.User 'manual' is useless, but I kind of expect for items like this from China where they don't speak English so good (so well?). Its not complicated, you can figure it out easily.

The scale is very accurate. The problem I had was they forgot the glass wind shield. So when I use it I have to turn off my fans and a/c to my house because it is that sensitive. I can give a higher mark once the glass shield is provided
