So far so good
We just got this, put it together, and put it on side of the house with the kayaks. We'll see how it withstands a Wisconsin winter, but as of now - everything is great!

Easy to install once you find the studs. Easy to operate. To release you have to pull the rope the opposite direction. Absolutely space saver.
