Ok it is simple to put together, but it leaks. So get some pvc glue befor you start. Also it is a bit loud, so pic a good spot for it. I am happy with it so far. Glad i made the purchase.

Well I was expecting this to sprout right away. Still waiting for some significant grow to come. Probably me cause I have no clue how to use this. Gotta learn

The Vevor hydroponic grow kit user manual is clearly written and complete, which enables easy assembly and use. The unit plugs into a four foot long power adaptor cord, which allows for convenient placement on your kitchen counter. The grow kit is made of sturdy plastic for durability. The light source is on an extendable pole to allow for variable distance of the light from plants as they grow. There are many useful features in the display menu that help keep track of desired schedules to fertilize and plant. All the materials to start hydroponic gardening are included, once you supply your own seeds.

This is a great little starter kit to get someone started in hydroponics. Keep in mind you need your own bucket and light however at this price you can afford it. I gave it a 4 because I feel like there could have been instructions including essembly and how to use the timer. Also the hose is big so had to work to get it to stay on the pump. They gave us tiewraps so we used those, otherwise not sure what they were for anyway. When it is not running there is more water in the tube then I expected but should be fine as long as it periodically circulates. The second pic shows water level when done circulating. Starting with some strawberries but have other seeds germinating to add to it.

This was super easy to set up and use so far! My plants are growing in and I really love being able to have some freshness in the middle of winter. I would recommend this set up to anyone who has the space inside.

These are great little herb gardens, easy to use small foot print. Comes with everything but seeds.

I love the humidity and temperature gauge part. I figured out how to set the clock. I have not yet figured out how to get the 14-hour light cycle to be during the day. My plants are growing like weeds and I can't wait for the flowers and the vegetables to arrive! It was super simple and easy to set up and I'm very happy with it so far.

I've used multiple different version/brands of these things, because I absolutely love how easy it is to grow food hydroponically. This latest acquisition is a decent contender amongst the units out there. I might not recommend it for a first time user, because it does assume some knowledge on how to use them that aren't very clearly outlined in the instruction packet. Also, there are some glaring omissions in the overall experience, and I will list those out first: 1. The instructions tell you to put the A/B crystals together and mix them in the \"A/B bottle\" with water, but in fact there is no A/B bottle provided, only the two separate bottles of A granules and B granules. This wouldn't be a problem, except that they don't tell you what volume of water to use, and unless you want to guess or use some other solution you already have, you're out of luck. 2. There were only 11 plastic germination caps, so one of my plants shall be uncovered during germination. 3. It says in the instructions to turn off the light until germination, but I clicked and read and clicked and couldn't figure out a way to turn the light off without doing a factory reset; and even then, once you turn the unit off and back on, the light comes back on. I am also not really sure how to toggle between the \"germination\" and \"grow\" lights, I'm hoping there is some sign later once they start to grow (there are two different buttons that seem to do the same exact thing). But not having that ability is frustrating, and it's not outlined in the directions. Aside from those nits, the supplies that come with it seem high quality and similar to other units, and they are easy to use. The water add opening is quite handy right in front, and they've supplied a funnel to use for less spilling. This is perfect for your kitchen if you want to grow a little bit of herbs to use for ur cooking . Also can use this to help grow some starter plants for your outdoor garden. Definitely a nice system even helps water them.
