So far so good. Easy to set up, easy to use comes with the manual my only complaint is the packing it didnt come in a box of its own it came in an amazon box then straight to the styrofoam. I do think they need to improved their packaging

I'm sure a lot of people will get this for the skin care benefits alone, but let me tell you, these are also great for a perfect shave. I'll also add that a hot towel just feels great and is super relaxing. In fact, this is one of my barber's secrets to getting people to keep him booked solid for a trim and a hot shave. This particular unit is an absolutely terrific hot towel warmer. Just load in your towels and let it do its thing. In a matter of minutes you have nice, hot towels. One other nice thing about this unit is the built in UV sanitizer to keep your towels clean as a whistle. That's a really nice plus (my barber doesn't even have that feature in his unit). Whether you are after a great hot shave like me, or you want the skin care benefits, this is a great upgrade to have, and the price is very reasonable for a unit of this quality. It's easy to use, works well, and they even include some handy towel tongs. Recommended.
